  • Pottsville Groovers

    Currently 9 am - 11 am Mondays and Wednesdays

    Pottsville Groovers is an over 60s light movement and exersise class for women.

    Anyone who is interested in attending must first contact Maree on 0466 015 4 or by email mhghor211@gmail.com. This is so we can advise people what sort of exercises we do and to also screen if you are capable of doing the class.

  • Dallas Line Dancing

    Currently Fridays 9 am - 1pm

    I have been teaching line dancing in Brisbane/Gold Coast/Tweed shire for over 26 years, and I absolutely love it!

    I host 1 dance parties a month (where students practice and have heaps of fun), as well organise dance weekends at Lake Perseverance twice a year and Pottsville.

  • Lifeball

    Currently 9.30 am - 11.30 am Thursdays

    Lifeball can be played by men, women, and boys and girls of all ages. Lifeball is particularly suited to older adults as it improves heart and lung function, increases circulation, and relieves stiffness

    Lifeball is a fun team game which incorporates activities such as walking, thinking, and passing and throwing a ball with the aim of scoring a goal through a hoop. It encourages physical movement and teamwork.

    A traditional Martial Art suitable for the whole family - ages 7 years to adults.

  • Tresillian 2U Health Van

    Currently outside the hall Mondays 10.30 am - 2.30 pm

    The Tresillian 2U Mobile Early Parenting Service provide support to families with a baby, toddler or child aged up to 3 years. We work in partnership with parents to increase confidence, resolve concerns and provide guidance and education and practical advice.

    The Tresillian 2U Mobile Early Parenting Service offers individual consultations within the spacious purpose built van.

    To make an appointment with a member of our Tresillian 2U team, ask your Child & Family Health Nurse, GP or parenting support service for a referral, or self-refer by filling out this short self referral form via the Tresillian website and one of our Nurses will call you back.
